Another fantastic bright day for Northiam's Open Gardens event yesterday, fundraising for the local charity, St Michael's Hospice. Despite last weekend's high winds, the hard work of our gardening team here at Frewen kept the grounds looking wonderful.

We were delighted to open up our gardens to the public, with an outstanding turn out, to be enjoyed in a full summer bloom and all in support of St Michael's Hospice's excellent cause. Visitors to Frewen, for many of whom it was their first time, commented on what a wonderful place to live and learn it is for our students! Our stall of cut flowers and potted plants, all from the site, was a popular way to bring a bit of our gardens back home!
