VE Day celebrations
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of VE Day our students were set VE Day related activities across a variety of subjects, including making posters, producing Home Front presentations, writing poems, and some students made bunting to decorate their gardens and homes.
In ICT Key Stage 3 students have been sending their teacher coded messages! This concluded a special VE Day activity about computers in the war, learning about how computers were used for code cracking and then decoding an encrypted message.
