Paul Kane
Paul joined the Board of Governors in December 2025. He holds degrees from Oxford and Sussex Universities, and the London School of Economics, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and brings over 35 years of global experience in human resources and organisational development. Having held senior leadership roles at an international oil company, including Vice President of HR Capability, Paul has designed and implemented cutting-edge HR strategies, managed large multicultural teams, and driven organisational change across Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. He continues to contribute through consultancy work on World Bank-funded projects in Africa. Passionate about education and inclusion, Paul is also a Trustee of the charity ‘Migrateful’, which provides training to refugees and migrants in teaching their home cuisines, and until recently volunteered as an English language teacher for young asylum seekers.
Heather Miller (Safeguarding and Education)
Victoria Mills (Boarding)
Victoria was for many years Curator of the Hastings Museum and was until recently the Administrative Director of Great Dixter House and Gardens.
She has been involved in heritage education, project management and fundraising throughout her career and has worked in both public and charity sectors. She has understanding of dyslexia and boarding through her own experience as a parent.
Graham Nash ACA (F&GP)
Graham is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years professional experience, mainly in the City of London.
