Senior School Teaching Assistant

This is an opportunity to work in a unique school, supporting children with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties, both in-class and in one-to-one support. You will be joining a team of friendly and very supportive professionals, and will quickly see the impact of your work, forging excellent relationships with the young people as they gain confidence and make rapid progress . 

Experience of working with students with Specific Learning Difficulties is helpful but not essential.

Hours 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, term time plus INSET days

This is a term time only role, being 34 weeks and as such you will be expected to take your annual leave during school holiday periods.

The salary for this post is £15,057.90 and includes 5.6 weeks holiday pay

Part-time vacancy - Minibus driver for September 

We are looking for a responsible, friendly person who will provide a professional and safe minibus service to our pupils. A current, clean driving licence (with D1 category) is essential. 

The hours of work are 6:15am - 8:30am and 4pm - 6:15pm, Monday to Friday (Tuesday 5pm – 7.15pm). 

This is a term time only role, being 34 weeks and as such you will be expected to take your annual leave during school holiday periods.

Part-time vacancy – Grounds person 

We are looking for a hard-working, friendly person to join our Estates team here at Frewen, working in the historic Brickwall Estate. 

Wednesday and Friday’s, year round, hours of work are 8am - 5pm with an hour's break for lunch

Good salary, includes on site lunch and enhanced employers pension

Volunteer Staff

Please contact us if you are interested in helping either in class, with lunchtime supervision, or with special events. We also welcome conservation volunteers prepared to help us preserve and develop our outstanding historic buildings and grounds.
