Baking with the Prep School
Prep students spent time in the kitchen with Head Chef David where they toured the kitchen and pantry and helped place an order for fruit and vegetables for the following days. Our Assistant Catering Manager Tracey made gingerbread people for everyone and students used stickers to identify what allergens were present, such as eggs, dairy, and gluten. The final part of their afternoon was spent making meringue. They all filled the piping bags and piped their own. Thanks so much to the catering team for making Prep's afternoon so enjoyable!
