Happy Chinese New Year everyone - year of the rabbit

Chinese New Year celebrations were in full swing yesterday lunchtime at Frewen, with a fabulous Chinese banquet, complete with fortune cookies, spring rolls and decorations! A delicious homemade dinner of smoked salmon and avocado sushi was served in the evening to the boarders, as well as dim sum and much more! Dessert was Panko Bananas with Green Tea Ice Cream.
