Students this year drew inspiration from various starting points including the seasons, ageing and war. They had a preparation period prior to the exam, in which they developed personal responses through artists research, refined materials and techniques and recorded observations. Final pieces ranged from large 3D sculptural pieces to detailed and intricate watercolour studies.
